Work with me

Keep advancing. Decide what growth should look like now.

You’ve built a demanding career and a life in the United States. You want to keep advancing—and make deliberate choices about the energy, relationships, and responsibilities that growth requires.

Perhaps you’re considering a bigger role. Perhaps the way you’ve always succeeded is becoming harder to sustain. Or you’re doing well and want space to examine what comes next.

I offer private, one-to-one coaching for Indian leaders living in the US, typically in their mid-30s and 40s.

We work on accelerating without burning out, making consequential decisions, and redefining who you want to become.

Moving countries can add another layer: expectations from family, the professional culture you’ve adapted to, and your own changing definition of success. There is room to examine those influences here.

A second working and thinking brain

I listen closely, ask direct questions, and offer perspective. We examine the situation from first principles: what is happening, what you know, what you are assuming, and what matters.

Then we decide what deserves action.

Over time, I hold the thread with you: remember the context, question your reasoning, and help you prepare your next move. You retain the decisions and strengthen your own judgment.

What we work towards

Consider a career question.

You want a larger role, but your week is filled with work that makes you indispensable in your current one. You keep accepting more and postponing the conversation about progression.

Together, we clarify the role you want, prepare the conversation, examine priorities, and decide what to stop carrying. You act. We review what happens and adjust.

The same attention can help you:

We define progress in terms you can observe: a conversation held, a decision made, a boundary maintained, or a change in how you spend your time and attention.

Why work with me

My leadership and coaching work has included people from Google, Oracle, SAP, EY, Walmart, GE, Ford, and NielsenIQ. I have also been visiting faculty at IIM Lucknow.

I bring experience as a coach, founder, and entrepreneur. I understand the demands of building something, carrying responsibility, and making decisions with incomplete information.

Alongside coaching, I’m building maritime software around continuity: how someone can responsibly pick up another person’s operational work. That requires preserving context, tracing decisions, and keeping uncertainty visible. In coaching, the connection is practical: we carry understanding between conversations and learn from what you do.

My earlier professional background is on LinkedIn, which I haven’t updated for about three years. Ravi Wiki is now my primary showcase of my thinking, writing, and current work. The essays here give you a way to assess how I think before we speak.

Come ready to participate

You can arrive uncertain or struggle to articulate the question.

What I ask is a willingness to examine your assumptions, act between conversations, and bring back what you discover. I work with people who are ready to do that work.

The arrangement

My usual fee is US$2,000 per month for four sessions, typically one each week, with WhatsApp support between sessions.

Session length is flexible. We agree on what we need to work through and give it the time it needs. A conversation may be shorter or run beyond an hour; there is no automatic one-hour stop.

We can work online while you are in the US. Face-to-face coaching is also possible in Goa, with the format, scheduling, and fee agreed beforehand.

I currently have space for one new client.

Write to me on WhatsApp. Tell me a little about yourself, what you want to work through, and why now.

We’ll begin with a conversation and see whether we are a good fit.
